Refund policy

100-Day Clear Skin Guarantee

We're confident in our products – if you don't see a noticeable improvement in your skin within 100 days, we'll refund your purchase. You have 100 days after receiving your item to request a refund under our Clear Skin Guarantee.

To start a refund request, contact us at support@kylaskin.com with your order number and a short description of your experience. There is no need to return used patches – we trust you. Unopened packs may be returned to the following address:

Subscription Refunds
If you purchased a subscription, the Clear Skin Guarantee applies to your first order. Subsequent shipments can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time by managing your subscription in your account or by contacting support@kylaskin.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Already-shipped subscription orders are non-refundable but may be returned unopened under the standard process.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a refund under our 100-Day Clear Skin Guarantee.

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kylaskin.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you – including return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards cannot be refunded. The Clear Skin Guarantee applies once per customer.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we've received your refund request and let you know whether it was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at support@kylaskin.com.
